Our Baby Class: Helping Military Families Like Yours

About OBC
Becoming a parent is one of life’s biggest transitions. New parents in the military often find themselves without their families and home communities to help guide them through the sometimes overwhelming and tricky early days of parenthood. Our Baby Class teachers create that missing parenting village. They mentor new parents and help them navigate some of babyhood’s most challenging topics by teaching a series of evidence-based classes that places an emphasis on simplicity, practicality, and intuitiveness.

At the very heart of Our Baby Class is this idea that if you follow your instincts and do what works for you and your family, you are doing it right. Help us share this message, and all of our Guiding Principles, with more of today’s newest moms and dads. Join the OBC team as one of our newest teachers!

There are still spots available at our October and November trainings. Apply to attend today!

Why Become an OBC Teacher
You can mentor new parents and guide them through their parenting journey.
When you teach with OBC, you do more than offer information and classes; you create the village that is missing in your community by encouraging your students to get to know one another through shared experiences and emotions, and then continue those friendships in coffee shops and at playgrounds in the months and years to come.

You can set your own prices, schedule, location, and workload.
You can enjoy complete flexibility based on your family’s needs. You can teach while your kids are at school, or on the evenings and weekends. You can teach once a month, once a week, or more. You have complete control over your schedule and workload. If your family is transitioning to a new base, you can put your classes on hold and then start them up again once you have settled into your new home. Teaching can help you meet new families wherever you land and allow you to help others anywhere you go.

OBC teachers have high earning potential.
Whether it’s to help cover the household expenses, save up for education costs, or put away for a nice vacation each year, the money you can make as an OBC teacher can be a substantial contribution to your household income, all while working around your own family’s unique schedule.
